This delightful 18th century Kentish farmhouse is situated in a quiet and idyllic position on a fruit and arable farm, in an area of outstanding beauty. It has extensive views and is surrounded by two acres of beautiful garden, which has been designed and developed through the years by Sue Corfe with emphasis on all year round interest. The garden is open in aid of the 'National Gardens Scheme'. It is also in 'The Good Gardens Guide' and 'RHS Garden Finder'.

We are 6 miles south west of Maidstone and ½ mile from Wateringbury railway station. From there one can catch a train to Paddock Wood in 10 minutes, change trains and be in Charing Cross London in under an hour.

 

There is easy access to the M20 and M25 motorway and one can reach Gatwick and Channel Ports within 45 minutes.

Local places of interest include Sissinghurst Gardens, Scotney Castle, Igtham Mote, Hever Castle, Leeds Castle, Penhurst Place and Chartwell. Walks along 'Greensand Way', 'Wealden Way' and 'Medway Valley'.
