The oak beamed double room has a four poster bed
with 5ft (1.55 metre) mattress and windows with views
looking west across the garden and farm land. There is
an en-suite with power shower, basin and toilet. A
chest of drawers and hanging cupboard provide ample
space for clothes, and two easy chairs for relaxing or
watching television. |

Twin Room
The twin room has two 3ft (0.82 metres) beds and
en-suite with power shower, basin and toilet. There are
two easy chairs, chest of drawers and hanging cupboard
for clothes. The room is light and airy with windows
looking west and east across the gardens. With floral
curtains and bed heads, pale yellow striped wallpaper,
this is a very cosy and charming room. |

East Room
The east room is in the new part of the house,
built around 1860. With barrel ceiling and two large
windows with shutters and fantastic views across the
bog garden and Weald of Kent, this is a large room
with two 3ft beds and sitting area. The room is light
and airy with pale walls and long floral curtains and
headboards. There is ample storage space with hanging
cupboard and two chests of drawers. There is a basin
in the room and use of own private bathroom and shower
room. |

All rooms have
tea & coffee making facilities, ample storage space,
radio alarm clock, hair dryer and television - use of iron
when required.
Breakfast is served between
7 and 9am, with a good choice of menu, which includes
homemade and local produce. There is ample parking.
